Hi Everyone,

Thanks for visiting my website.  I had this site set up by Kathy so I could communicate in one place with family and friends when I was on the road training or competing. The Paralympics have come and gone.  It was an experience of a lifetime, no words can describe the feeling of representing your country in an event like that.  

I am now exploring other ways to stay in involved in Paralympic Sport.    I may continue training for World Championships. I have also spoken at a couple schools  and I intend to further my coaching skills to help out at the grassroots level.  I am in the next phase post Paralympics and where will it take me?
